Deed_Book	Deed book for sale
Deed_Page	Deed page for sale
Sale_Date	Date in YYYYMMDD format
MMDDYYYY	Sale date in Month/Day/Year format
Sale_Price	Sale Price as determined by deed stamps. Zero indicates no stamps were on the deed.
Sale_Type	Type of Sale. Straight Transfer, Multi-Parcel-Sale, Property Split
LandAtSale	Appraised value of land at the time of the sale
PropAtSale	Total appraised value of parcel including land, structures and other improvements
